Join me on Saturday at 2pm on North Manchester FM for Hannah’s Bookshelf. This week, I’ll be talking to the wonderful Hugh Fraser.

Hugh is best known for playing Captain Hastings in Agatha Christie’s Poirot and the Duke of Wellington in Sharpe. His films include Patriot Games, 101 Dalmations, The Draughtsman’s Contract and Clint Eastwood’s Firefox. In the theatre he has appeared in Teeth’n’Smiles at the Royal Court and Wyndhams and in several roles with the Royal Shakespeare Company.

He has also narrated many of Agatha Christie’s novels as audio books. His novels Harm and Threat are published by Urbane Publications. You can follow Hugh on Twitter @realhughfraser.

I’ll be talking to Hugh about novels, acting and music on Saturday at 2pm. Catch us on 106.6FM (if you’re in the North Manchester area) or listen online (if you’re further afield).
